The Beginner Class is perfect for those new to music or the bagpipes. Students will learn the fundamentals of the Practice Chanter, including instrument care, basic finger techniques, scales, gracenotes, and introductory embellishments. This class builds a strong foundation for progressing to the Great Highland Bagpipes.

The Intermediate Class builds upon the foundation established in the beginner level. Students will strengthen their Practice Chanter technique, begin learning full tunes, and refine their musical expression. This class also guides students toward transitioning to the Great Highland Bagpipes, preparing them for confident solo or group playing.

Advanced Class
The Advanced Class is designed for students already proficient in playing multiple tunes on the Great Highland Bagpipes. Instruction is tailored to each player’s goals—whether refining technique, expanding repertoire, or preparing for competition or performance. While I provide guidance and feedback, students are encouraged to shape the focus of each session based on their individual needs and aspirations.
